    Two Prominent Judges Are Shot Dead Outside Iran’s Supreme Court

    An unidentified gunman killed two high-profile judges exterior Iran’s Supreme Courtroom on Saturday in what the authorities are calling a terrorist assault, in keeping with state-run media.

    The attacker opened fireplace on a sq. close to the Supreme Courtroom headquarters within the capital, Tehran, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

    The judges, Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh, had lengthy careers and had presided over circumstances involving nationwide safety, espionage and terrorism, in keeping with a press release by the judiciary and printed by state media.

    Each had been heads of branches of the Supreme Courtroom. A 3rd choose was wounded within the assault.

    The attacker killed himself earlier than the police might arrest him, Mizan reported. The police opened an investigation.
