    Texas Attorney General Files Lawsuit Against New York Doctor for Providing Abortion Pills Across State Lines | The Gateway Pundit

    Texas Lawyer Common Ken Paxton is suing a New York physician for breaking the legislation and prescribing abortion remedy to Texans throughout state strains.

    The lawsuit accuses Margaret Daley Carpenter, co-founder of The Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT), of prescribing abortion drugs to folks in Texas by way of telehealth appointments.

    The lawsuit is looking for $100,000 for each violation of the state’s abortion legal guidelines and an injunction to cease her from persevering with to ship the medication to Texas.

    New York Lawyer Common Letitia James launched a press release vowing to guard abortionists from “unjust makes an attempt” to punish them for doing their job.”
