On Tuesday afternoon, a Los Angeles jury convicted an Orange County, California, choose of second-degree homicide for taking pictures his spouse.
As beforehand reported, a choose who sat on Orange County Superior Court docket in Southern California was drunk when shot his spouse useless in August 2023, prosecutors stated.
Choose Jeffrey Ferguson, 74, was accused of fatally taking pictures his spouse Sheryl throughout an argument of their Anaheim Hills residence on August 3, 2023.
Ferguson beforehand pleaded not responsible to a homicide cost.

Ferguson is going through 40 years in jail after a jury convicted him on Tuesday, KABC reported.
