Desired consequence: that each pupil obtain an equal quantity of funding for his/her training. That’s, the King County youngster receives the identical because the youngster in Tenino.
So long as the present funding mechanism is in place, rural kids can be consigned to fewer alternatives in life.
If we profess equality, allow us to start with our faculty kids.
