    Putin, Trump to skip Ukraine’s peace talks that Russian leader proposed

    Trump, who’s rising more and more annoyed with each Russia and Ukraine as he tries to push them in the direction of a peace settlement, stated he was “all the time contemplating” secondary sanctions in opposition to Moscow if he thought it was blocking the method.

    US officers have spoken about attainable monetary sanctions in addition to potential secondary sanctions on consumers of Russian oil.

    The US delegation to Turkey included Secretary of State Marco Rubio and senior envoys Steve Witkoff and Keith Kellogg.
