    Putin says he will let Ukraine troops in Kursk live if they surrender

    Putin has accused Ukrainian troops of finishing up crimes in opposition to civilians in Kursk, one thing Kyiv denies. However the Russian president stated he understood the decision by Trump to take humanitarian concerns under consideration.
