Thanks for the numerous articles masking our new pope, Leo XIV. It could appear he helps a powerful and free press, a topic close to and pricey to The Instances.
We’ll be taught within the days to come back the place Leo stands on many matters. I hope he will likely be open to increasing the position of ladies within the Church. As a lifelong Catholic who has been concerned in Catholic Church work in any respect ranges, I worth the work that ladies do to maintain the Church related and alive. Options to the world’s issues require management and imaginative and prescient from ladies, or the efforts will solely be half as profitable as they might be. Step one to ordain ladies to the diaconate just isn’t as large a leap as some folks make it. The early Church ordained ladies to this service. We’d like the ladies now.
I’m hoping and praying for a return to a practice that has been misplaced for too lengthy.
