    Three daughters of the late civil rights activist Malcolm X are suing the CIA, FBI, and the New York Police Division in a $100 million lawsuit.

    Within the lawsuit, the three daughters declare the CIA, FBI, and NYPD performed a job of their father’s assassination.

    The lawsuit was filed in a Manhattan federal court docket and claims the companies have been concerned in Malcolm X’s loss of life and failed to stop his assassination.

    Malcolm X was assassinated on February 21, 1965, in Manhattan whereas delivering a speech.

    Three males have been convicted in connection to the assassination of the civil rights activist, however two of them have been later exonerated in 2021 after new proof was introduced.

    Legal professional Ben Crump  represents Malcolm X’s daughter and, in a press convention, shared that he hopes federal and metropolis officers “be taught all of the dastardly deeds that their predecessors did and attempt to proper these historic wrongs.”

    Per AP:

    Three daughters of Malcolm X have accused the CIA, FBI, the New York Police Division and others in a $100 million lawsuit Friday of taking part in roles within the 1965 assassination of the civil rights chief.

    Within the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court docket, the daughters — together with the Malcolm X property — claimed that the companies have been conscious of and have been concerned within the assassination plot and didn’t cease the killing.

    At a morning information convention, legal professional Ben Crump stood with members of the family as he described the lawsuit, saying he hoped federal and metropolis officers would learn it “and be taught all of the dastardly deeds that have been carried out by their predecessors and attempt to proper these historic wrongs.”
