    Lithuania says Russia responsible for exploding parcels that caused fires

    VILNIUS: Russia is behind explosive parcels despatched from Lithuania to European nations, a Lithuanian presidential adviser stated on Tuesday (Nov 5), amid alarm amongst NATO nations that sabotage organised by Moscow practically brought on an air catastrophe.
