To the editor: It’s with nice disappointment that I discovered of the passing of Pope Francis (“Pope Francis, beloved for his compassion and willingness to shake up scandal-ridden church, dies at 88,” April 21). He was not like any who got here earlier than him. Francis will probably be remembered as one of the vital consequential leaders of our time.
For many years, he served probably the most susceptible throughout Argentina, and his mission of serving the poor by no means ceased.
