Seattle Metropolis Council can add 1,000 new housing models a couple of blocks away from my neighborhood of Pioneer Sq.. The proposal for a Stadium Makers’ District, which features a 50/50 break up of inexpensive and market-rate housing, together with workspace for small-business makers and artisans, is up for a vote on March 18.
