    C.I.A. Director Says U.S. Has Paused Intelligence Sharing With Ukraine

    The C.I.A. director John Ratcliffe mentioned on Wednesday that intelligence sharing with Ukraine had been paused alongside navy help to stress its authorities to cooperate with the Trump administration’s plans to finish the nation’s conflict with Russia.
