    “Migrants and asylum seekers, together with kids, arbitrarily detained in services managed by armed teams affiliated with each governments or smugglers and traffickers, suffered inhumane circumstances, torture, pressured labor, and sexual assault,” Human Rights Watch stated in a latest report on Libya.
