Barclays financial institution has confirmed it’s experiencing IT issues which it says is affecting its app, on-line banking and funds out and in of accounts.
The financial institution says it’s also unable to offer assist by way of phone or its “Message us” service.

Barclays has not defined the reason for the outage, or what number of clients are affected.
It has apologised for the issues, and says it’s “working exhausting to repair the difficulty”.
Clients have taken to social media to explain the disruption it’s inflicting.
