The Trump Administration on Wednesday night filed an emergency attraction asking the Supreme Courtroom to intervene after a Biden-appointed choose ordered the Admin to pay $2 billion in international contracts by midnight tonight.

Trump’s DOJ on Wednesday morning requested the Courtroom to grant a direct administrative keep of the decrease court docket’s order and a keep pending attraction.
