I learn with curiosity the FYI Man’s column on Tesla overtaking Subaru as essentially the most overrepresented automotive in Seattle. After I purchased my Mannequin 3 in 2019, it was only a plasticky sedan with shoddy construct high quality and terrifyingly dangerous “self-driving” options — redeemed solely by its stable battery life. However immediately, it’s one thing far worse: the private money machine of the world’s richest man, fueling his mission to dismantle our 249-year-old democracy and entrench a worldwide oligarchy that can impoverish generations for his personal acquire.
How unusual that one of many “bluest” states is so eagerly funding this insanity. Seattle, it’s time to get up. Ditch the Tesla. Defy the oligarchs.
