    Signaling his intentions, on Friday, Carr sent a letter to the tech giants – Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Apple and referred to as out the businesses on the central roles their firms have performed within the censorship cartel.

    The four-page letter calls out the tech giants Fb, Apple, Google, and Microsoft for taking part in what he describes as “improper conduct.”
