    WASHINGTON: Dozens of Fb teams invoice themselves as Kamala Harris fan pages however mount racist assaults, criticise her report on immigration and promote her rival Donald Trump, in what disinformation researchers name a “bait-and-switch” tactic geared toward deceiving voters in a good US election race.
