    This seems to violate an Arizona regulation that prohibits public universities from utilizing “public sources to affect an election.”

    As The Gateway Pundit beforehand reported, the College of Arizona is among the Arizona faculty universities that seemingly colluded with the Harris-Walz marketing campaign by offering college students’ info in violation of the regulation.

    Arizona State Consultant and Arizona Home Elections Committee Vice Chairman Alex Kolodin told The Gateway Pundit, “ARS 16-192 prohibits utilizing state sources to affect the outcomes of an election, and if this record was made accessible to solely the Harris marketing campaign by the colleges, that may probably be a violation of this statute.”
