    Is it legal to pinch a misbehaving child? UK law explained after Gemma Atkinson controversy

    Gemma Atkinson has precipitated a stir on-line this week after seeming to confess that she had pinched her younger son as a punishment.

    The previous Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress posted on Instagram Stories about how she handled a state of affairs after son Thiago, one, pinched Mia, 4.

    “Actually noticing the variations in how Mia was to Thiago. It is enjoyable to look at,” she stated.

    The 39-year-old, who shares each youngsters along with her fiance and former Strictly Come Dancing accomplice Gorka Márquez, has confronted criticism for a way she dealt with the scenario.

    Atkinson later denied she had pinched her son and stated she had mimicked the motion whereas she was telling him off for hurting his sister. “As if I’d,” she stated.
