    To the editor: No, no, no! (“Why wait? Six weeks before the 2024 election, California is having a 2026 governor’s debate,” Sept. 25)

    Please spare us one other election cycle, particularly earlier than the present one has concluded. Can the media please give us a break? Should or not it’s all politics and elections on a regular basis?

    Who will be part of me in saying that anybody saying they’re working for a 2026 workplace earlier than November 2025 loses my vote?
