    Singapore calls for UN Security Council’s use of vetoes to be ‘constrained’

    SINGAPORE: Singapore on Wednesday (Sep 25) referred to as for the reform of the United Nations Safety Council, together with constraining the train of the veto by the 5 everlasting member states.
