LONG POND, Pennsylvania — Layne Riggs took benefit of others’ misfortunes and drove off into the Pennsylvania sundown to earn his first win of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Sequence season on Friday.
After Corey Heim had a right-rear tire go flat coming to the race’s ultimate restart and Carson Hocevar incurred a restart violation, Riggs had the lead and the quickest truck within the waning laps.
When it was all stated and accomplished, Riggs scored his third profession victory by 3.640 seconds over Tanner Grey.
Grey, Kaden Honeycutt, Brandon Jones and Daniel Hemric rounded out the top-five, with Connor Mosack, Chandler Smith, Stewart Friesen, Ty Majeski and Rajah Caruth finishing the top-10.
Different notable finishers included Hocevar in thirteenth, Grant Enfinger in seventeenth, two-time Truck Sequence champion Ben Rhodes in 18th, Heim in twenty third and Matt Crafton in twenty seventh.
Dawson Sutton, Clayton Inexperienced, Conner Jones, Dawson Cram, Cody Dennison, Norm Benning and Bryan Dauzat all retired from the race, ending twenty ninth via thirty fifth, respectively.
The fifteenth race of the 2025 Craftsman Truck Sequence season will happen at Lime Rock Park on June 28. The LIUNA 150 will go inexperienced shortly after 1 p.m. ET, with protection on Fox, NRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
