Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has urged folks to stand up in opposition to the “illness” of immigration enforcement.
According to the Chicago Solar-Instances, Johnson was requested throughout a public assembly on Wednesday about whether or not he could be becoming a member of protests in opposition to the Trump administration’s coverage of mass deportations.

Final month, the Division of Justice introduced that they might be launching an investigation into Johnson for racial discrimination after he boasted about hiring black folks over whites.
In her letter to Johnson, Assistant Lawyer Normal Harmeet Dhillon requested for a proof about his broader hiring practices.
