I used to be as soon as speaking to some who had moved from Seattle to Minnesota. I discussed how great the sunshine rail in Seattle was. They advised me they’d voted for Sound Transit within the ’90s and have been glad to listen to that folks have been having fun with the system 30 years later.

What have been the bottlenecks, intimately? How can voters or legislators make future tasks quicker? What trade-offs do our legal guidelines make? I want there was extra reporting on this.
