    BEIJING: Chinese language President Xi Jinping vowed on Tuesday (Could 13) to deepen ties with Latin America and condemned “bullying” in a thinly veiled swipe at america, as he addressed regional leaders in Beijing.

    Beijing has stepped up financial and political cooperation with Latin American nations lately and has urged a united entrance towards US President Donald Trump’s recent maelstrom of tariffs.

    Latin America has emerged as a key battleground in Trump’s confrontation with China, and the area is coming underneath stress from Washington to decide on a facet.

    Addressing leaders on Tuesday, Xi hailed China’s burgeoning ties with the area.
