    Editorial cartoonist David Horsey once more demonstrates what’s improper with the Democratic Occasion. It’s not that Republicans don’t drink merlot or Malbec (my household enjoys each however prefers a pleasant cab or pinot noir). It’s that the Democrats view us as quaintly primitive and fewer educated.
